Anyone watching this show on AE? its pretty intense, real 911 calls and tempered reenactments of the emergencies makes the show have that eerie feel similar to "I survived" where most of the situation is left to your imagination
not much narration, just pretty much the 911 calls and text that you read on screen.
One thing i learned based on these calls is that...some people....even though they HAVE a gun...refuse to use it until the very last second. People are really put off at the thought of having to shoot someone no matter what

yea of course you're supposed to not use the gun unless it's the last resort. even beyond the point of risking your own safety.
you know what happens to people who shoot first and ask questions later? they create accidental shooting statistics and then waste taxpayer's money camping out in prison for a year or two.
also don't forget the only 911 calls that make it into a TV show are ones some armchair entertainment industry editor chooses in collaboration with an assortment of PR and Law fags. 12/16/2012 5:04:20 AM |

So what you're saying is that this show is just Rescue 911, but without badass Shatner narration?

^^ It's actually a good show. It's not that much like Rescue 911. The episode where the woman was hiding, had a gun, but didn't shoot the guy that broke into her house. The 911 operator was all, "put the gun down" and I was thinking just fire off one shot and the guy will take off or if you can actually get a look at where he is just shoot him, it'll come down to him or you. 12/17/2012 7:09:53 AM |

fuck this man
a new season started, but with all the cry baby bitching about people dying in the pilots now no one has died on the phone through 4 episodes. All fuckin happy endings. It really is like sorry ass rescue 911 now.
If youre gonna take that thrill of hearing people die on the phone away from us then just cancel this fucking show. Not as exciting to know everyone lives happily ever after 8/31/2013 12:16:01 PM |
