Stanford is great defensively but terrible offensively. One of the worst outside shooting teams in the country. They've got good size and rebounding though.

They play a lot of guys but their #1 stunna is Dwight Powell

I hope this doesn't turn out to be a nail-biter like the 03 UW game where Nate Robinson and co lit us up. It prolly will be, this game has upset written all over it.

We have a ranking, they have had some decent losses to good teams, a win like this and they will be on the bubble.

We have to come out strong and stomp on their throats.

In other news, our win against Norfolk State caused us to fall out of the top 25 on the coaches' poll side of things. GG cupcake scheduling. Still clinging to #25 AP.

Not that rankings matter, but it'd be nice to improve that situation. This would help a lot.

^^^ he seems like a good, funny guy so people like him but for a guy his size he's an atrocious rebounder and defender. And clogs up driving lanes when on the floor offensively.

His role, and it's not a useless one, is to eat minutes in blowouts and to save time when, God forbid, we are in foul trouble.

LOL at the "myth of Vandy". Some assholes will conjure up anything to pick a fight with people. 99.9 percent of our fans know he's bad. That being said, he's our ONLY option to body up on a big guy when we're in bad foul trouble.

I'm not expecting freshmen to beat out a senior, but i sure hope they can. I assume that both anya and washington will take some time before they're effective (and i'm assuming that anya is going to have some endurance/foul issues)

^Forget Vandy, he has been garbage everytime he has played this season. Honestly i'd love to see Jevoni Robinson get more playing time. He looked really good in the practice they showed on tv, and in the game last week got 2 points and 3 RB in less than a minute.

He's 6'8" and very athletic. I could see him being a great 8th man ahead of Vandenberg. Hopefully Gott see's this and pretty soon we get to see him on the court.
