and just so everybody knows, just like with the previous ability to bump threads < 90 days or < 365 days old, the ability to bump threads < ∞ days old should be used appropriately. abuse of this feature will result in the revocation of this user permission and/or suspensions

this can just as easily be abused as people bumping threads 365 days old.

there will be a short time when some users will abuse it, and they will be dealt with as they occur.
