Comes with oars, safety floatation (inflatable portion that fits under the seat to keep it floating in case of leak), and tarp.

Very durable and reliable, no leaks! The oars don't fit the anchor holes tightly (they weren't the original oars for the boat).

does it come with all the equipment to sail?

It doesn't come with the sail kit on it... you can buy that at west marine or order it online.
