Couldn't find a thread for it.
If you like Park Chan-wook, check it out. If the name doesn't jump out, he directed the revenge trilogy (Sympathy for Mr. Vengeance, Oldboy, Lady Vengeance), Thirst, and I'm a Cyborg, but that's OK.
It's best to go in without knowing much about the plot. Actually, I'd say the less you know the better. It's kind of like the movies in the revenge trilogy in that the story slowly reveals itself.
Potentially spoilerish: If you already plan to see it, just skip this comment altogether. In some ways, the plot is quite typical, and even predictable at times. Although, you're not necessarily certain while it's transpiring. You sort of expect things, are still a little on the fence, but then pretty much exactly what you expect transpires. In hindsight, the movie is a very straightforward plot. And I'd even say there are some holes in that plot. But the movie is as more about discovering the plot than the plot itself, if that makes sense.
