I have a company who has contact me in reference to a domain name that I own. I've rejected their offer to purchase and told them I'm not interested in selling. I was wondering if any alternatives may exist. I'd like to retain ownership and charge the company a monthly lease for a set period of time for their use of the website. Has anyone here ever done this before?
