Are you throwing any codes? If not, only the required Emissions Components for that make/model are required.

so you can have missing TPS, missing injector connections, knock sensors, etc as long as the emissions-specific items are still OK?

Assuming that the factory ecu won't throw a trouble code with the missing stuff. Which I'm pretty sure it will. It would pass visual, but it's a 97 so it needs to still pass obd2 unless you're in a non emissions county iirc. 4/27/2013 10:43:09 PM |
