I think the voting for MVP ends before the nomination ceremony. But if the MVP was a nominee, I don't think it would matter. They would just get to nominate someone in secret and hopefully put someone up that would have a better chance of going home than them.

I remember last season, or the season before, Rachel and Brendan were going to be split up or something like that.. And they ended up both staying in the house. I think it was a result of "Pandora's Box"...
