Looking to get this brand of tint. Looks like the only places in the area that do it are Sun Protection in Cary and Formula One in Raleigh.

Sun Protection wants $355, Formula one wants around $415. This includes four windows and the rear glass. Would probably have to install 40% tint to meter at 35% with factory tint.

Anybody have experience with either of the shops in terms of overall experience and quality installation?

call up TVP and see if they can get it.

Best guys around in Morrisville.

They have done 2 cars for me and I wont hesitate to use them again.

I got recommendations for Tinted Atmosphere from this site after reading a few posts saying they had bad experiences from TVP. Even one of the recommendations for TVP said there were a few minor issues.

i have had bad experiences with F1 but that was several years ago when they were on spring forest rd. they have now moved to newton rd. i have pinnacle tint on my truck. love it. no issues whatsoever. i recommend going to 919 Motoring. i was just there today, actually. i was talking to the owner about tinting my boat windshield. the tint guy there is freaking awesome. amazing work. he installs llumar tint.

I've just heard good things about the Formula 1 Pinnacle tint. It's a ceramic tint and apparently one of the best, but it is costly.

I'm still in the process of researching alternatives.

How much does TVP typically charge for a clear car wrap? I'm thinking about a new Tacoma and wouldnt mind having it wrapped.
