Standard old school TV. Was likely built in the 90's. It is not flat panel, flat screen or HD, but it does work.

It's because they have the old analog tuners and can't receive OTA signals anymore. Idiots buy them and then bring them back saying they don't work.
Also they can't throw them away because of the hazardous shit inside so they have to pay to have them hauled off if they don't sell.
