Why wouldn't people just buy it new for $13 more?

1 - It would be brand new in the package
2 - It would have the full warranty
3 - It would be delivered to their front door and they wouldn't have to go pick it up somewhere

Any one of those would be worth the extra $13 to me

I have the package, and the purchase date was about a month ago. The warranty is still good.
