Then, when they couldn't fix the problem remotely, they had to send a service tech. out to my place to fix it.
And they charged me $40 for that visit.
Luckily, they agreed to take that $40 charge off. Unluckily, they reneged on their word, and decided to charge me afterall.... Unless I sign up for their equipment protection plan, and keep it for 90 days.
