I'm a post-doc at State, and I'm currently looking for a housemate to share my 2 bedroom, 3.5 bath townhouse. It's right off of the Wolfline (on Trexler in Falcon Ridge), and the common areas are furnished. The house has dual master bedrooms, each with their own full bath. The flooring and paint are brand new throughout. Washer and dryer are included. I do live with two friendly cats and a goldfish. Grad students preferred, but not necessary.

There is a full bath for each of the two bedrooms. There is also a half-bath on the first floor, and another bath (toilet, sink, and stand-up shower) in the finished basement, which is used as a family room.

It's $500, plus half utilities. In the past year my monthly electricity bill has averaged about $50 per month, and the water bill has been about $40 per month.
