PHOTOGRAPHER & SOCIAL MEDIA ADMINISTRATOR Twiddy & Co.
SUPERVISOR: MARKETING MANAGER
Weekends required; days off TBD
JOB DUITES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to understand the impact presentation plays for our guests, owners, and staff of Twiddy & Company Shoot, edit and post home photos Help update and maintain all home photos Build Twiddy Interactive Floor Plans Add to and update Subdivision Aerial Maps as well as Local Directional Maps Work with Owners, Owner Services, Rentals and Sales to coordinate photo shoots Maintain database and schedule Assist with brochure photos Must have thorough knowledge and experience with multiple social media platforms Manage, create content, and monitor social media pages daily: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Vine, YouTube, Pinterest, Blog, Google+ Engage current fans and continue to grow Twiddy’s online fan base Monitor and review sites such as Yelp and Trip Advisor Produce video content for local communities, new construction homes, and more Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
Basic knowledge of quality photography, DSLR cameras, Canon XA10 HD camera and video editing software Knowledge of Photoshop and Lightroom or willingness to learn Ability to communicate clearly verbally and written Ability to multi-task Must demonstrate superior organizational skills Must work well in a group environment, working closely with the Marketing Team and collaborating on key projects
