Hello,
My roommate just graduated Dec 18th and needs a young lady to take over lease. Our apartment is furnished, all utilities are included and THERE ARE NO OVERAGES. Lease will end in July 2014. I work 20+ hrs a week and go to school full time. If you are interested we ask no pets. Let me know if you are interested contact me via email.

I assume there is not a limit to the utilities you can use (heat, water, etc.) to protect the landlord from having a high bill. Usually, utilities are included up to a certain bill amount. 12/24/2013 12:42:49 PM |
