I swear, Warren gets zero respect from the refs for the caliber player he is. If he were on UNC or Duke, he'd be averaging 30+ ppg with 20+ FT attempts.

warren is not a great shooter or defender. he is projected 25th in the draft. not a good look.

I think Warren may be better pure scorer than Hodge. Certainly better shooter. Doesn't have the Hodge charisma though.

25th pick, he could be a great role player. Give the Heat 10 pts a night.

How will this translate in the nba with a deeper 3, defenders as athletic as he is, and harder fouls?

You actually lose money by going too early when you clearly have room to improve. Lottery picks generally make twice as much as late picks in the first two years. and I'm not even talking about longevity.

of course i meant perimeter shooter. thats what "shooter" means. nobody would say vandy is a great shooter. he shoots like 80%. basic basketball terminology.

Finishing in the paint is different. warren is elite at that against college competition but guys like that come a dime a dozen in the nba. becoming a better shooter would be a game-changer for his career.
