Maybe this should be in Study Hall, but I figured there was more traffic here. I am having a problem viewing the slides from an online lecture in the PE Review series by NCSU ITRE. I get the video of the professor but instead of the slides (IE what is on the projector) all I get is a "picture icon". I started this lecture a few days ago and everything was fine. Now that I tried to resume, I am having this problem. (I have already tried clearing cookies, using a different browser, etc....) Any Advice?

I'm assuming Java or Flash need to be updated / installed. Are you getting any type of error? You tried it on IE and Chrome? 5/15/2014 3:39:41 PM |

The issue is only isolated to 2 lectures of the 6 or 7 I have checked. I am using Chrome, but I tried IE and got the same result 5/15/2014 3:43:34 PM |

Nevermind, looks like it may be on their end not mine. 5/15/2014 5:08:27 PM |

Yep looks like the Mediasite box wasn't being fed the secondary video signal. Probably an issue with the video switcher in that lecture hall. 5/15/2014 5:56:17 PM |
