No, but I wear glasses (-1.75) basically all the time - I take them off to workout.

I might have to soon get bifocals... perhaps the TWW optometrists can help?

I have been wearing glasses since I was 12 (myopia). My prescription used to be pretty bad, as low as -5.50 at one time, but now I am around -3. Can it really improve?

Anyway, for the past 3-4 years, I have noticed that if I am holding something with really small writing on it (certain ingredient labels), I can read it far better by taking my glasses of because I can bring it really close and read it. If I keep my glasses on and move the writing close to my eyes, I can't see it well beyond a certain threshold, but since the writing is really small to be read from that threshold distance, I take my glasses off and bring it close and can easily read it.

Should I get bifocals?

No, but I wear contacts (-6.25) basically all the time - I take them off once a month to put in a new pair.
