Is there a way to export the table on the website below to a csv file (a delimited text file or excel file would be great as well)?

http://www.fantasypros.com/nba/projections/overall.php

On the same site they have an export feature on a similar page (http://www.fantasypros.com/nfl/projections/qb.php) but I don't see anything for NBA. I am trying to build something that to use the data in either Access or a PostgreSQL database on a regular basis (multiple times a week) so if there is a way I can easily get the data in a usable format that would be awesome. I am not that tech savy though so I was hoping some people here might be able to help.

it spits out a table, each href represents a new row, each [td] represents a new cell
grab the file with a wget, then write a sed script.

...this website basically does the same

^^ and ^

Just use a Web Query in excel. Create a blank spreadsheet, click the data tab, click web query, paste in the url, select the table, click import.

Excel will remember the link and you can auto or manually refresh the query from the website anytime you want.
