Let's say I know someone who was dating this guy and long story short, it turned out the guy had two girlfriends at the same time for an extended period of time. This POS, kind of a sociopath turns out, denies all of this, in the face of irrefutable evidence. Said sociopath lives in another city in NC with parents so I want to avoid damaging property in general, but especially not theirs.

Shopping around for ideas that don't cause major damage, looking for a reaction like "more of like WTF what did I do to deserve this?"

get one of those little things that lets out a random chirp every once in a while and hide it somewhere good in his car / room / at work / etc. won't hurt anyone or damage property but it would be pretty maddening.

I've also heard of people getting Tink's and putting it in the AC intake at the base of the windshield on a car. It stinks like hell and could potentially total the car but I'm not sure many insurance companies would cover it.

I imagine exposing his cheating (photo/text evidence) would suffice. If you're trying to really fuck the guy, then expose it to a lot of people (family, coworkers, etc), not just the girls he's cheating on. Although that could cause collateral damage (it would embarrass his girlfriends[s]).

he is outright denying everything, and the other girl has been made aware with no response. Apparently she cheated on him before "ending their relationship" but not really and this is probably going to be a pass for him. She seems like the groupie type (he thinks he is a rapper) and thinks that staying with him will prove she was the one that always believed in him

steal his hubcap or if he has a cap to cover his lug nuts (it looks stupid and is expensive to fix).

put an ad on craigslist for something that people would want, make it a good price, and give his contact information.
