OK guys, I need full sized SUV, 15 gs or less. Obviously any full sized that cheap is gonna be from early to mid 2000s, and have at least 90,000 miles on it. I understand that. But I need something for hauling stuff, and for when the kiddies and my three big ole dogs need to all ride together.

I hear the GMC Yukon is super reliable and I like the style... On auto trader there are a lot for sale with 175,000 plus miles , so they seem to hold up.

Models I like best right now:
1. Tahoe
2. Suburban
3. Yukon
4. Expedition

Anybody have one to sell or have some tips for me on buying something like that?

One of these is not like the other. Stick with choice 1-3 for the LS motor longevity

I was suggesting that car as the best value in that price bracket since it's the same LS motor and chassis, but a way better interior

^^Yea Expedition is definitely off the list now, after a bit of research.

^Escalades have made it on list, but finding one close to 15 grand, while at least in the low 100,000 mile area is tough.

I see so many Yukons on autotrader with a TON of miles on them, close to 200k and over, and owners say they all run great...So based on my amateur observation, it would seem that a Yukon with right around 100,000 miles could potentially get all the way to 200, which would be nice value for a 15 grand large sized SUV. At least 50,000 before selling it again.
