Looking for a young professional to sublease any time from March 1st to the start of August.
We'd prefer a minimum of 3 months but are flexible.

It has a double-door, walkthrough closet, two rear-facing windows, and is very spacious given its length.
The room also furnished with a chair, desk, and lamp if you do not wish to provide your own.

The house is also less than a mile from downtown Cary and the train station, and has practically every store you would need within a five mile radius.

Likewise the GoTriangle transit line has a stop right outside the development, making public transportation a viable option.

If you're an outdoor type person, the development has a salt-water pool, grilling areas, and is connected right to the green way that lets you travel all the way through the American Tobacco Trail into Durham or into Umstead Park into Raleigh.
