I watched the pilot. Probably the most unbearable 30 minutes of television I have ever watched.

And its not because I don't like this general format for a show. I do enjoy weird, corny, self-aware shows. But when a big network does this sort of fare, something just doesn't come off right.

This is like a truly terrible version of NTSF:SD:SUV where none of the jokes work. Except maybe the dog cop. That reminds me of Last Action Hero and did make me chuckle.

I've got to admit when TBS promo'd the hell out of this show I found the commercials mostly annoying. But I've seen a few parts of episodes and it seems to be pretty damn funny.

I've had a buzz when I've seen both of the episodes that I've seen, but it's good Naked Gun style comedy.

Is it a good time to point out that NTSF:SD:SUV and Angie Tribeca both run on Turner networks with similar viewership? TBS is the #1 primetime cable network, and Adult Swim is the #1 cable network with adults 18-49.
