Doesn't say if its free or not, but I'm going to guess no.

There’s a bug in the iPad app where you can see them for free. Just click the buy in app then don’t enter your password, it stil unlocks the episodes.

These webiosodes are pretty terrible though but supposedly they’re using them to gauge interest in a new series.
