Any recommendations for a family lawyer in the Raleigh / Wendell area? Just need the typical stuff - wills, POA, etc. 3/22/2018 9:28:51 AM |

Semantics...but would probably call that a "Probate Lawyer". You say Family Law...and most people think divorces.
I also have no recommendations. 3/22/2018 10:52:26 AM |

I mean...Probate Attorney is not even a common term that those attorneys would use for themselves...but that is their area of law.
If you don't get any recommendations, just search for "Wills, Trusts, and Estates Attorney." The guy I send my stuff to down here advertises his firm as "Attorneys for Life". 3/22/2018 5:52:28 PM |

If you're looking for estate planning with all the bell and whistles (trusts, wills, PoAs, etc...), you want this guy in Raleigh: http://www.livingtrustlawfirm.com/
He's not cheap but it's a top of the line service. TGD recommended him. 3/26/2018 3:37:40 PM |
