Sanders basically just calmly sat there trying not to call him a moron. I think it only counts as "pranked" if he gets you on camera saying something you wouldn't normally say on camera.

Maybe we are agreeing, but I don't think just sitting down for an interview is a sign of low intelligence. The makeup job isn't perfect but it's not embarrassing level obvious. He's interviewed plenty of people over the years that come off fine, they either calmly tolerate him out of politeness or tell him straight up hes being ridiculous.

Like, the 1% stuff was crazy/dumb but there are real people/orgs that believe dumber stuff. Sanders basically told him it didnt make any sense. Even the southern couple came off so-so. They prob shouldve realized the game at the dolphins, but other than that...

The artist lady seemed obviously some combination of a little unhinged herself, combined with basking in potential publicity.

^We are agreeing. I don't think taking the interview was wrong, I like that Bernie is willing to debate just about anyone on health care and income inequality.

The test of intelligence is not believing spoon-fed lies just because they backup your point of view, and the test of integrity is not saying things in private you wouldn't say in public.

I missed this when the news broke a year and a half ago, but just found out that the film crew thought they might have uncovered a child sex scandal and turned their footage over to the FBI...who then did nothing about it.
