Most of them are vague nonsense that basically means "agency x has more power" so it really depends more on who's in charge than the EO itself. 11/20/2020 10:57:49 AM |

Yeah, I remember one I looked at a little closer a while back basically did the opposite of what its title seemed to imply. It's my understanding that many of them really didn't do much at all, except as you day, give additional powers to different agencies, often ones with conflicting agendas.
