I'm [old] and I'm a dad. About to get one of them newfangled pacifica hybrids. Hopefully no ragrets.

for coolness points, I'm going to add a Comma Two with OpenPilot for "self-driving" on the highways (I do a lot of Raleigh -> beach driving)

if you've got no qualms paying for a $40k minivan, the '21 Sienna is only available as a hybrid

35 mpg city
36 mpg highway

openpilot on those things puts them in a completely different league. until they get a hellcat pacifica, that's the one to get

I paid 32K out the door plus 7500 in federal tax credit which basically brought it down to 24.5K. The Sienna hybrid wasn't eligible for the tax credit, so that was the kicker that made the decision a no-brainer. Bought it yesterday evening in Maryland and drove it to Raleigh. Smooth ride.
