So far like it better than 6 but still prefer 5. Partly I know this is because I like to build wide on large maps with a lot of civs and such and this is made to be a bit smaller and more contained. But generally the pacing is better and there don't seem to be as many annoyances as I had with 6.

Overall feels much smaller and more narrow than past games but that may have been a necessary reset before an expansion or next game.
