Tom Brady isn't terrible in the booth, but he's not good either. Also his voice is kind of annoying. Definitely a huge downgrade from Olsen. And he will struggle to get better because of the massive amounts of restrictions placed on him because of his potential Raiders ownership stake.

Huh? The NFL has restricted him from production meetings and being at team facilities because of his potential raiders ownership stake. So he basically can't do any of the usual prep work that analysts do. Also he isn't allowed to criticize the refs at all.

But I don't think the NFL would be like "nope, you can't own a team now" if he disagreed with a bad call. They can say he's not allowed to, but I think he'd get more leeway than the average non-Tom Brady would

He has like $124 million of guaranteed money left. If he's forced to medically retire, he's entitled to every penny of that. If he's medically cleared to play but opts to retire, he's entitled to zero more dollars. If he continues to play this is all a moot point.
