What criteria do we need to just keep these assholes off the street? There’s an article regarding the history of that Ravenscroft teacher shooter, and after reading that article, I feel like there’s no reason he should have been on the streets. You shoot a gun into someone’s home? Done.

about 15 years ago i had to deal with a similar situation with somebody who was obviously mentally unwell and had been in and out of jail. it was not fun.
