Fall of 2001. I'm sitting near the back of the classroom in calc. 1. The equations on the whiteboard are getting a little blurry. A few weeks later I had my first pair of glasses.

I started wearing glasses sometime in high school. Sometime after college, I switched to contacts. Around 2017 I got tired of fumbling around for glasses and contacts first thing in the morning, not being able to swim with my specs, contact tears, the annual chore of getting new contacts/glasses, etc.... and I got the Lasik eye surgery.


Yep, being able to see stuff is lit.
