lack of any clear dictate from your office kind of has us confused as to which threads you find acceptable and which are not.

if you could inform us on what is okay to post and what isnt, then we could be better citizens and save you from having to censor so much.

The thread locked today was literally the first thread I have ever locked, and was done so b/c that user has posted that exact topic at least 10 times already!! CrazyJ asked me to crack down on people doing that, so I did.

Also, I've only deleted threads/posts in the past that have no relevance whatsoever to the Soap Box! (i.e. personal threads, chit chat type threads).

just remember that its one thing to lock or delete a thread but when you selectivly take out individual posts without leaving some mark as to that ahppening rereading the thread can be very confusing because of some sort of context that was brought into the conversation through the chit chatty stuff or what ever....

^yeah, I try to avoid deleting individual posts. Really the only type of post I have edited is when someone posts a picture about 10 times in a row, or if someone writes a half a page of the same word over and over again

If you're gonna be locking his threads be sure to lock the anti-christianity threads that regularly pop up on here. That would sem to be the right thing to do.

The point wasn't to lock a thread because it had a negative topic . . . it was to lock a thread that the same user had created several instances of in the same day like the natural born fuck up that he is.
