Kelvin Jack is their other keeper. Apparently no one informed ABC that he was not starting, because they had him listed on their lineup card, and continue to call him that.

The Univision pregame had him listed on the lineup screen, too, but there were three clear shots of "HISLOP" on the back of his shirt and they still called him Jack, so I was wondering if some crazy thing had happened with a missing shirt or something. I was just making sure I wasn't crazy, because I knew it looked like Shaka.

T&T aren't looking great, but they're looking better than Paraguay...making a few nice moves forward while still holding Ljungberg/Larsson/Ibrahimovic who are putting together some dangerous attacking plays.

the end of the 1st T&T actually put together some decent looking attacks, should be a better 2nd half than i expected going into this game.

figured it be all sweden all the way

I made Larsson the captain of my fantasy team, thinking he'd score at least twice.

Ya. Very exciting match. Sweeden did not look sharp at all, but they kept going for it.

The yellow on Sweeden looked much worse than the red card on TnT too. That was a terrible call.

Great result for the trinis. Everyone expected them to be three losses and out, and they get the draw after they go 10-on-11.

Argies' chance wasn't really close to going over with that last replay.

The juggling in the box by CIV (Kalou?) was nice. This game looks like it'll be the barn burner that was expected.

Shep Messing is fucking annoying, and this play-by-play guy is almost as bad as Dave O'Brien...HELLO UNIVISION. It's sad that out of the six commentators I've heard today, only Dellacamera hasn't driven me crazy.

Goal Crespo, 1-0 ARG.

GREAT save.

And just like that, Saviola makes it 2-0 on a failed offside trap that left THREE Argies free.

2 of the 3 were offsides

and this is by far the best game today.. even if they dont get a result against Argentina, I still think IVC is gonna caus the rest of the group some problems and could come out of the group with Argentina

Ivorians not playing all that bad, but they're still down 2-0, and it should be 3-1 (no way saving a ball between the legs is skill, all luck).

Ivorians need to learn how to finish.

Shep's not bad. He's usually with Dellacamera doing Red Bulls' commentary in MLS.

I'm a Red Bulls' fan though so maybe I'm just used to hearing him.

I watched ~20 minutes of him, and he repeated three things ad nauseum and nothing else:

1. CIV had a handball in the box that should've been a PK.
2. I'm a former goalkeeper.
3. Drogba is a great target.

I'll admit that in general I'm not a fan of two-man teams calling soccer matches, but I'll take the Spanish histrionics any day over this shit.

Drogba pulls one back with a great finish, 2-1 Argies with seven minutes left.

I'm really happy for Ivory Coast, I wish they could win...I guess they still have a chance, they are doing pretty well at attacking the goal right now

Even a draw would be fine...there's no reason the Ivors can't get out of their group, but an extra point wouldn't hurt.

You want to talk about a game where millions will be willing a side to win, let's talk about Angola/Portugal tomorrow.

Could they have mentioned Riquelme any more? Every single time he touched it, it was "his touch is so great, his vision, blah blah blah"

If Ivory Coast would've played with more intensity in the middle 30 minutes of the game, it could've easily been a tie

I didn't get to watch much of the England game (sleeping), but saw the other 2. Those 2 were great. I usually don't openly cheer for anyone besides my own team, but damn I was wanting T&T to win that game. For them, tying Sweden was almost as good as winning the cup. The Ivory Coast Vs Argentina game was good as well. Can't wait for tomorrow, as we find out if Iran bombs anyone.

It's too bad Cote D'Ivoire lost, they have a lot of talent.

Robben has been going crazy in this game, but what a ball by Robin Van Persie to spring him for the goal.
