Bauer wasn't very Bauer-like that entire episode.

First he breaks protocol to break into an embassy--the same thing that got him locked up in a Chinese prison for 20 months, mind you--because he's convinced by Logan, a man he's been second guessing since they met up, that the Russians are involved?

Then after finally getting the information, knowing that the entire Russian embassy knows where he is and what he's doing, he walks not only away from Markov but towards the door?

Kinda ruined the episode for me
