A draw?

I want to see Chelski hammer Arsehole.

United fans poll:

Who should get more time on the pitch - Giggsy or Nani?

I think Giggsy's done for. I'm not quite sure why he still plays. Nani comes on and makes an almost instant offensive impact.

^^I agree on Giggs. He has 1 goal this year. That said, I said the same thing about Scholes a few weeks ago, and he was great today.

Also Anderson has started be a little disappointing in the second half of games.

Rooney is in a serious goal drought right now. He needs to hit the back of the net in a bad way.

It looks as though the United States of England will be heading down a division.

No doubt I don't really see any chance of winning the title, and they never should have had to come back in this game to begin with, but it's nice of them to make it exciting. Losing Sagna at the back is going to really hurt. It did today.

wonder how wenger is gonna react to this red card, since he decided to pummel it on Taylor for a similar looking tackle on eduardo

Good question. Seeing as how he initially said Taylor should be banned for life (and then backpedaled on those statements) and Diaby's challenge wasn't really much different from Taylor's except that no one's leg got snapped in half, I'd say he'd better choose his words carefully here.

Does anyone else agree that this is the best time of the year? Europe is coming to an end while MLS is starting and there are too many games to watch. The Railhawks had a home game againsts the NY Red Bulls last night. World Cup Qualifying is starting in June for the USA while Euro Cup will also be going on. Soccer is my favorite sport. I love it when there are so many games and tournaments going on at once!

ahhh, rooney is in a slump, he keeps gettin these breakaways every game and cant seem to finish

and aston villa blow a breakaway right back at the other end

and then ronaldo destroys the crossbar

ah!! and then rooney finally finishes a breakaway

3-0

Tevez shouldve had his 2nd with an open header 4 yds out. god man utd could easily be winning this game 5-0, 6-0 right now

Rooney hits the post, prob shouldve had a hat trick today...man utd are making aston villa look like a div 2 team out there, this is vintage stuff being displayed by the red devils

now rooney scores his 2nd, prob should be his 4th or 5th today, this game is officially a rout

if ive seen correctly, i think ronaldo has a goal and 3 assists in this game(4-0 currently)

Guys,

I started a soccer blog today.

I'm looking for 2-3 contributors - with a few stipulations.

I need someone to cover the leagues I don't much care to follow religiously - specifically the MLS, USL, and Bundesliga. You wouldn't be limited to just posting on those, but they would be your primary focus.

Ideally we'll have 4 contributors (myself included) who can dedicate about 4-5 hours a week to covering all of the major leagues and goings-on, including transfer rumours, injury updates, matchups, and the like.

If you're interested, and if you are willing to contribute the time, please send a sample of your writing (a paragraph or two at most) in blog format to kiljadn (at) gmail (dot) com

good, im glad man utd tied this back up. apparently all arsenal know how to do is use their hands. adebayors goal was with his arm, and gallas gives up a pk with his hand

good good substition early here, park looked a bit lost today, and scholes is too slow for this matchup. tevez and anderson should do well here
