I made a last minute Terminator. I couldn't gel my hair the way I wanted to because by the time we got to the social, we had to change right there. People kept asking if I was Neo from the Matrix or Terminator...one guy asked if I was Morpheus.

On the plus side, the red eye effect is pretty cool in this pic

I didn't plan on going out because I thought I was going to fail the Bar exam. But then I got the good results in around 4 pm and while talking to my sister on the phone she goes, "just go as Tom Cruise in Risky Business...its an easy costume to do well, and you can pull it off."

So that was it. Took me 2.5 minutes to make. And I didn't really care, I was almost black-out by 10pm.

Nah, I had the blue dress-nighty thing from a random Goodwill/donated clothing trip from a year or two back. Found the vintage apron on Etsy, the camisole at Target, the tights on Ebay and got the crinoline and wig from costumecraze.com or something like that.

GoldenGirl - you have never once had anything nice to say to or about me. in fact, you consistently say things (whenever you do reference me) that, due to the consistency, are just slightly snarky, and i don't appreciate it. all you had to do was tell her her costume was cute. there was no reason to say anything about mine. she never said one or the other was better, but was just trying to give me a compliment. if you don't like me, just act like i don't exist and don't even say anything about me or comment on anything about me.
