Injuries to starters have destroyed us, too. We have played better than expected all year, I would say, given the nc state luck that we have had.


The turnovers we have forces are amazing. We looked so bad the last two years in forcing turnovers.

I don't understand how we're "so bad" when we're down 7 points at half to the #15 team in the nation with our top WR, top TE, 2nd string TE, good HB, top two safeties, top Dlineman, and top linebacker injured. Do you try and analyze why we're bad or do you just not understand because you don't even try?

come on... to call ECU the "#15 team in the nation" is bullshit. It's comparable to calling Hawaii a BCS football team last year. ECU pulled out a couple great wins over ranked opponents, but it doesn't change the fact that they are horribly one-dimensional on offense and have a sub-par defense

^^ because there are plays that are there but they just dont happen, its not like State is literally getting zero yards on every single play and are just completely over matched talent wise because of the injuries. If you are just comparing injuries/talent then State should still be better than ECU

Dude there are some things going on out there that 95% of the teams in the country don't struggle with the way we do.

#1 Snapping the fucking football. We are converting 50% of our shotgun snaps year to date. And when I say convert i mean the ball actually lands in Wilson's hands.

#2 Kicking. I know this is college not the NFL but our kicking and punting is absolutely off the charts. How many D1 teams could our kicker play for? Three maybe? Our punter just had his first half of football without a shank.

#3 Interceptions for a TD. There is no way any team in the country has thrown more pick 6's in the past 3-4 seasons. These are BACK BREAKING plays. I don't care if they don't throw another pass all season if they can't correct this shit.

Not having two oafs at Qb would make everything look a lot different. The SC game, the Clemson game, and this one would have been a lot different. State has a good defense, the offense has put them in terrible spots each game this year and has provided no help at all.
