Adam and Allison absolutely deserve to be the Top 2 after tonight. Kris and Danny sounded good together, but their solo songs were both just...just...wretched. I mean, seriously wretched. Danny was ever so slightly better than Kris, so I think Kris goes home.

But wow, Adam was phenomenal, yet again.

All four of those guys are great in their own way. I love Danny, but he's starting to get boring. I think he's going to sell a lot of contemporary christian albums when he's off the show. The end of that song was painful btw.

Kris might have the best career of all four of them playing Jason Mraz stuff, but he's really at a disadvantage right now. His voice isn't anywhere near the other 3 contestants. Still, he deserves to be there.

Allison continues to amaze me. She somehow gets a 40-year-old smokers voice out of a 17 year old body. Her individual song was good, but she tore up that duet.

Adam is Adam. He's off the charts good, but tends to overdo everything. I can't imagine ever listening to a whole CD of wailing shit like that, much less seeing him on stage for more than 10 minutes. For a few songs though, it's bearable.

I think Danny really took Simon's "you look clumsy as hell" comments to heart and started trying to refine his performances.

The sad part is that it's taking away everything that was endearing about him. Now he just seems like a boring guy with a great voice, instead of an awesome guy with a great voice.

Danny is only average period. He's only lasted this long because he's a likable guy, and he's getting sympathy votes over the loss of his wife. I think his friend that didn't make season 8 is better.

Not saying that Danny was good but did Kara say he should have done earlier Aerosmith songs like Crying or Amazing. Does that stuped wop cunt not know that Aerosmith have been rocking since the 70s and that Dream On is actually their first single. She is the worst thing to ever happen to this show.

And If you didn't think this week was tailor made for Adam and Alison you are a moron. Danny and Kris would always be in trouble this week. Adam was the best he has been in the competition and I don't like him, but Paula he will never be better than Robert Plant singing that song.

While watching some of the performances, I really didn't feel like Kris Allen was in his element, but at the same time while watching him, I thought he'd have the best career out of the final 4. He is great with the the Mraz, acoustic type stuff and I think he could do well for himself.

I think they're trying to set it up for a Danny vs. Adam finale, and I think it's fitting. But I just don't see either of them having great careers. Neither really fall into a great genre for selling a lot of records(Alt-Christian and whatever cabaret stuff Adam puts on a cd), so I could see both having minimal success.

Yeah, I was noticing (yet again) last night just how well he plays to an audience, the facial expressions and moves he's got on the stage are just amazing. You can tell he's had that kind of training, either that or the kid is just a natural. I've been hoping for weeks now that Adam finishes 2nd, and that Allison takes home the prize. Allison could move on to have a great career with her singing, and Adam could move on to...well...to whatever it is that Adam does. But we'll definitely be seeing Adam after AI.

She told Danny to do earlier Aerosmith stuff last night like Cryin’ or Crazy. I agree that he should have done Cryin’ (more melody, more his style), but come on. Cryin’ came out when I was in middle school. Dream On came out years before I was born. I know it was just a slip, but I threw it on the “why Cara is annoying me” pile. It’s a big pile.

At least you know Paula isn’t going to make any sense. You never know what you’re going to get with Cara – either something right on, or something retarded.

fuck this show. allison was the best out of the 4. adam is so over the top and totally meant for broadway. he is not a rock god or any of that bullshit the judges spit. i feel like im watching a musical everytime he takes the stage. allison should have won this show. oh well, maybe she will turn out like daughtry.

You've gotta love Allison. She reminds me of those girls in high school you loved to hang out with ... the rare ones that were cute and chill as hell. I'm thinking she'll have a nice cover doing Pinkish pop/rock stuff.

And No Doubt sucks more ass than I remember. They're not doing themselves any favors promoting their tour. Everyone is just being reminded how shitty they are live.

Daughtry's song was catchy, but his voice sound thinner to me. It didn't have that roar quality like it used to. Still good stuff though.

Very disappointed with Allison going home tonight. I have always been annoyed with Danny. I never see anything exciting or new with what he does. And he comes off as a total douche bag. Always the same style... well maybe that shitty dream on performance was a different style but that shit was terrible. Just do not understand. Would of loved an Allison/Adam final two. Adam is very theatrical but could totally see him making some great albums, he has the potential, vocals, and unique style to do so. Very much looking forward to it.

Adam's version of "One" was great in the beginning and the end, but he started to go overboard in the middle. You can over-sing a great melody, and he was definitely over-singing it. And was it me, or did his backup singer in "Cryin" suck terribly? She's all I could hear for a while. He pulled it together by the end, but first 2/3 was a mess IMO.

Kris was solid as always. That guy is going to have a good career doing soft rock stuff. I wasn't wowed by the Kayne song, but it was alright. He sang "Apologize" 10x better than the original guy sings it live. Not an easy song to sing.

Again, I yawned through most of Danny's stuff. The guy is an incredible singer, but just seems to be missing something ... can't really explain it. I'd be surprised if he's not in the final though.

adam gets shrieky in every song, but for some reason it works for him. i really disliked Cryin, but i thought he did a phenomenal job on One. and the judges didn't seem to mind sucking his dick after both songs, so i say he's a finalist.

i hate adam. i hate the shrieky theatrical crap. his arrangement for cryin' was horrible imo. usually i agree with simon, but this season i just don't see it. why do they love him so much? they cut anybody else down for making that horrible noise in every damn song.

at this point I think Kris should win. The show is about what America would buy in to, and a large majority of Americans wouldnt get into Adam's music. He'll do well enough on Broadway. Its time to vote Adam off.

you can't honestly compare Danny's shriek in "Dream On" to any of Adam's "shrieks". Adam has control over his voice, it sounds good, he hits notes that he shouldn't be able to hit and he hits them like a professional. add to that the fact that he's got personality and just so gosh darned cute (regardless of his sexual orientation) and i think it's a no-brainer.

however, with the exception of Kelly Clarkson and Carrie Underwood, traditionally the runner-ups have done substantially better than the actual winners of the show, and for that reason i'd rather see Adam as runner-up.

i like Kris more than Danny, but i just don't think Kris can beat him. i don't believe Danny has ever been in the bottom 3, has he?

i'd like to see kris win, i hated the cryin song by adam last night...horrible arrangement & that background singer was too powerful & they sounded horrible together..over all i thought the song was a mess, but they sucked his pole anyway since it's all for ratings.

danny is a wonderful singer, but honestly...he needs to be in christian rock or something, he could be the next taylor hicks in the making.. he's missing something, i get bored everytime he sings.

It'll be Kris and Adam in the finals. Adam will get to the finals because the judges have voiced their obsession over him since day one, and Kris will get the teen/female vote. I was not impressed with Adam's version of "One" as he was way over the top, which took away from the song's melody. I thought he nailed "Crying." Was excited to see that Kris would be doing "Apologize," sang it well, but wished he would have done more with it. Thought "Heartless" was awesome and probably stunned most of the audience as he took a rap song and turned it into a flawless acoustic version.
