Exactly what I was thinking last night. AndyMac, that's a great idea.

Gruden/Holmgren would be good and leave Turner as OC. Turner is a great OC but a terrible coach.

I actually think Gruden would be better because the defense is what is struggling. Either way, barring a good playoff showing I think Norv is out as coach.
