What 3-1 teams should they be ahead of? It's not like they played a schedule like the Jets have in terms of difficulty (forgive me for not hugging the Chiefs nuts yet)... 11 sounds about right.

#11 isn't bad for a 2-2 team. It's probably where I'd put them if I had to be objective for a publication, but would say I expect the ranking to rise considerably.

I don't give a shit about power rankings, but the Chargers have the makings of a damn good football team. Like, markedly better than the team that went 13-3 last year, even if the record doesn't show it. They are a much more physical team at the line of scrimmage, running well and stopping the run. Special teams coverage problems can be fixed, and appeared to be fixed last week.

McNeill is a shitty run-blocker. The team is running well, even against some stout run defenses in KC and Seattle.

The D looks miles ahead of where it was the past 2 years. They haven't faced an elite QB yet, however. But you can't really knock the D until they actually struggle. So far the D has been best in the league, statistically.
