Me and my friend were just talking about that...it's pretty lame when the runner gets tackled, but because of a freak play he manages to never have his knee/elbow touch the ground. Everyone, including the runner stopped playing for a few seconds. Then again...play until the whistle blows. It would take some very careful wording to make that a rule though.
