Lowe has always had suspect end of game decisions. One of the ones i really remember is against duke down 1 with 38 seconds left and duke's ball. He doesn't foul, so we get the ball on a rebound (no TO taken had 1 left) and heaved a half court shot to win. For some reason that's a higher % than a foul and a possible 3 to tie, or even 2 to tie?

So with Lowe's background, I'm confident that the team wasn't instructed to foul. VT weas dribbling around and wasted about 15 second by doing so.

gotta give our fans credit though... whenever we cut the deficit below 10 the fans would get into the game. at this point in this season that's about all you can ask for. when we got it down to 6 it was getting downright RBC-ROWDY in thur.

We still suck. Lowe still needs to be fired. Nothing changed in this game. I did think CJL played well, aside from a couple of long range shot attempts. I thought Painter also played well and hustled. He's, unfortunately, just not that great of a player offensively.

and I wouldnt care if Javi never played another minute this season.

I dunno how many times he made stupid passes or shots, let his man blow by him or got an attitude and didnt care.

Thats one thing Sidney can work on, sit his ass.

Man I feel like I am the only person in the RBC that just saw CJ Les just hanging in the red like it was no big deal and then the guy missed, then he missed what should have been his 2nd and then made the makeup 3rd. Another GREAT play from CJ. Man he pisses me off. Also the possesion before we only had 9 fouls and they shot the free throw. Not one of our guys even moved. Lucky for us he made it or it woulda been a WTF. Also does anyone think Javis play makes top 10?

All I can say is wtf.

The leslie 3, the gonzales 3, cj williams missed FT all were boneheaded plays that killed the comeback. We don't quite get that 2-3 possessions make the difference in the game.

Offensive rebounding was what I feared would happen this season. We were always a piss poor rebounding team -- stats against inferior opponents fooled a lot of people. To the eyeballs, we never boxed out well and we never went after the ball hard.

I used to watch the first half and then fire up the PS3 at half time when we were getting tooled which turned into every game.

Now I just cut the PS3 on at the start of the game to keep me from watching it in the first place. I put more effort into my videogames than these jokers put on the court (Hey, I just beat Vanquish on God Hard). That is quite an accomplishment.
