^^From a third year med student with same issue. Clif bars in white coat pockets works for me. They are 210 calories each so after breakfast 1 every few hours keeps me ok until dinner.

Aren't Cliff bars loaded with sugar? I def. wouldn't want JUST sugar if that's the ONLY thing I can eat for awhile.

I think MapMyRun is annoying, too many features at time. Gmap-pedometer is a good, bare bones site that will let you plug your points and go.

Probably going to do some stairmaster today. Haven't done it in forever and need something I can do at the gym downstairs during lunch. I can usually only do it for 20-30 minutes before my feet start falling asleep...

Bulimia is the worst eating disorder for staying skinny. And it gives you bad breath and ugly teeth. Anorexia is a much better choice if you want to go that route.

3x8x25 skull crushers (I think that's what they're called)
2x8x25 bicep curls
3x8x20 I really can't remember what they're called.. it's just something we used to do in my weight lifting class - where you have 2 dumbbells and lift then above your head, turn and tap them, then lower to where your arms/elbows are at a 90 degree angle..
then I did a modified version of a lat pull down for my PT exercises...
ran for 12 minutes, then power walked to cool down.......

now you see why I don't make a list............. haha

my run/walk with my puppy today will be at least an hour though, so there's a time!

last day before I lift again on the 12th...taking all these days off to change my workout program & diet...gonna detox a week up in the mountains for fall break...gonna walk the dog and live a keto diet...primal

I'm taking that NTR 301 class atm and we had to create a food diary for 5 days and analyze it....670% DV cholestrol....that's what you get for eating 42 whole eggs in 5 days...delicious!

Hiked about 8 miles. Then I was kind of jacked up so I went to the gym and did an upper body workout ... bench, pulldowns, hammer curls, tricep pulldowns, fly, etc. but I don't feel like typing all of that out.
