Life here has been difficult since February but I see it as a true fucking test. We are getting bombarded from every possible direction imaginable. A while ago, I got done walking around Lake Johnson while wearing ankle weights. Fully loaded each bracelet weighs ~20lbs. A couple of times I removed some weights (each one is ~1lb) and shoved them into my pockets. Not because the workout was too hard, but because all that weight causes the band of the bracelet to rub up against my heels pretty roughly. My feet are fairly blistered now. I could try using less weight for now, but I need to find a better way to protect my feet.

i think you mean clear fingernail polish and yes i did

vicks vapor rub helps, aveeno anti-itch cream helps, itching feels so good it makes my eyes roll back in my head

but now ive damaged the skin and have broken blood vessels from itching and i dont want to scar

but now i have to send an email to my boss explaining that i have to go to the doc for stupid ass chigger bites!

damn...where at? on the legs or your stomach? the one that blemished for me was on my stomach(out of like 3 total on the stomach)...had like 4 on my legs but those went away

more highly concentrated on the upper legs

however i have some clustered areas of attack such as the back of my knee

the bite turned purple
