^^ i think i would, maybe, if things would get better. but if everything would just keep being a huge shitshow then i'd probably just be like "whatev." i don't know if WE are better off that way, but the earth itself probably is and maybe i would save them from extinction if i could hand pick like a few hundred (hundred thousand? i don't know how many) people to save and be in charge of repopulating the earth.

^ well sometimes i just take a drug store sleeping aid and that usually helps. but if it is already late (like after 9) then i try reading (not tww, haha - maybe like the news or something), counting, watching tv, trying this dumb relaxation thing this therapist guy taught me where you close your eyes and concentrate on breathing - stomach rising and falling (do that for like 2 minutes), then concentrate on relaxing, start with your head and work to your toes and in your head think about your bed/pillow just fully supporting your head and let it relax, then do that with your arms and legs, etc (maybe like 3 minutes). then it helps to say a phrase over and over in your head like "everything will be ok" or "i can fall asleep i can fall asleep" while you are relaxed and concentrating on breathing. because usually when you can't sleep you are just worried/thinking about 28917432 different things. so sometimes it also helps to make like a to do list, even if it is in your head, so you know you have a plan to get all your shit done

that was a very very long answer. but that is what i do!

hahaha NO. it was supposed to be a mother daughter fashion show and its sponsored by uniquities and then the place i work at in CV. but i guess not enough mothers signed up or they needed other models or something. so me and one of my coworkers said we'd do it. haha at first i didn't want to and i still don't want to but i am excited about getting hair and makeup did and a 20% discount

on the other hand, i don't want to do the modeling part. like at all. and i'm scared of what i will have to wear!

p.s. ^^^ my dad takes generic ambien and it is cheap. i don't know what it is called and obviously you prob have to shell out $$$ to go to the doctor to get an rx first, but THEN you'll have it. but they limit you to 20 pills a month. or at least they limit him
