have you tried using a body lotion on your face? Some of the better body lotions like Luberderm or Keri are going to be hypoallergenic and fragrance free so you shouldn't have to worry about them irritating you skin but they have the moisture content it sounds like you need. They would be to heavy to use as a day lotion but you could put it on at night and probably wake up to a really nice improvement.

The red is nice! I, too, went red this summer, but the maintenance was too much for a lazy chick like me.
