I would love more than anything to meet a woman, get married, pop out a couple of kids. That would make me really amazingly happy. But at the same time I have the incredible fear that I would meet the perfect wife, have great kids and love to spend every minute with them only to have some horrific accident take them away from me.

That fear is based on the loss of my father when I was 19 and the loss of my mother at 23. I would swear to god sometimes that there is something that keeps me from getting what I really really want out of life.

Or maybe it's just me.

on the way home tonight, there was a serious accident at the last intersection i go through before my neighborhood. there were people on the ground and emergency vehicles everywhere, it looked like it had happened 15min or less before i got there

i almost left the party i was at but stayed an extra 15-20min. to talk to someone. shit like that always freaks me out...

and seeing the people on the ground with their friends and medics around....

I also have the fear of finding that perfect person then lose them to death or something. IT scares the shit out of me because that's the one thing that would tear me down completely. I wouldn't get back up from something like that especially when I waited all my life to find that perfect someone.
