I just finished Bioshock, and while I know I'm terribly late, I thought it was an excellent game. The entire time I was playing I was eager to find out what was really going on in Rapture and to learn more about the character I played, the people I encountered, and the enemies I fought.

Does anyone have any suggestions for other games with stories of this caliber?

I played Halo Wars last night on my friend's 360 (I don't have one). It's decently fun, but it is a BLATANT Starcraft clone. It's basically 80% Starcraft, 10% Total Annihilation, and 10% Age of Empires (if anybody ever played those for PC), without the luxury of keyboard shortcuts. It's not a bad game, but overall lacking in originality. I swear some of the units and upgrades are directly lifted from Starcraft.

I like revenge more. Hitting cars in the back and using them to hit other cars is fun as shit. I also like the creativity with tracks. I hate open city environments where you have to rely on your GPS to get around. I spend too much time crashing by finding the way around the track in Paradise.

Revenge was just dumb, you could plow through cars like they weren't there.

Burnout 3: Takedown had the perfect mix of insane boosting and an absolute fear of all traffic.

Well hitting cars slowed you down and it was still beneficial to go in oncoming traffic for turbo which was more important in revenge so it still required strategy. The tracks were more creative too instead of just alternate routes in a city.

I had a store credit from Best Buy for about $55 bucks so I bought Godfather 2 this weekend...lots of fun

only complaint is now that I have an underboss and a couple capos, it seems pretty easy...I have the maximum number of guards at all my fronts and rackets and when opposing families attack them they never take them over...course they automatically take some of them over or 'create new ones' throughout the game, but thats just the progress of the game...good fun though, beating the shit out of shopkeepers to get maximum profits, without beating them too badly

Well, I've decided to blatantly cheat HAWX. After playing online and off pretty thoroughly for about a month, I'm still only at level 27. It's not a great game, but it does have its merits. Mainly, I just want to unlock the YF-23. In order to speed up the process, I borrowed my friend's copy of the game and dropped it into my second 360 in the living room. I started mine on my desk and hosted a system link game with my Live profile, and then had the one in the living room join in with no profile. I set up the match to be 7 rounds, 15:00 time, and then just shot the shit out of the dummy plane repeatedly. The more consecutive kills you get, the more career score bonus you earn. Sure enough, I'll make 40 in probably one more session of this.

it seems ok... i really have gotten to expect more polished games these days though.

Dungeon crawler, reminds me of diablo II. Less user friendly, and tutorial is worthless.

Still intriguing though.

After a couple days of playing it, im giving it a 6/10.

any reccomendations/tips from someone with experience in it would be great.
