why can't fifa have a war room like in the NHL?

if there is a play where a ball may or may not have crossed the goal line, have a group of officials review it on a monitor and if there is a goal whereby play needs to be stopped just radio down to the head official who can whistle down the play, award the goal and bring the ball back to centre. fucking sepp blatter - first the vuvuzela nonsense and now this.

How is that wrong, and how does that make me not credible? England advanced out of the group stages. That's "doing well." Otherwise, Rooney played like shit, and England lost. I never said anything beyond England beating the US, and most of that was bravado and self-admitted homerism.
